The honest part

The footage is AI-generated, then hand-curated — composed, colour-graded, retimed and cut into a loop that matches at the seam. Hundreds of candidates were thrown away to get this one. If you would rather not use AI-assisted work, that is a fair call, and you should skip this.

Twitch's channel banner is a still image, not a video, so use this as an OBS scene — or on YouTube and Kick, where video backdrops work. The read-me shows how to export a frame as PNG for the Twitch banner.
